And even if we were to accept the number of Jobs they claim to have created,it adds up to about $400,000 per job.So either way that adds up to spectacular failure.

I seriously doubt it, they haven’t even spent all the money from that stimulus so they will probably just use that as excuse.
They just had some dim witted “financial expert” on The Today Show a few minutes ago spewing that we need more stimulus money otherwise we are never going to create any jobs. Then he said the stock market is doing better so that indicates the economy is improving. Clearly the man is a dolt.
They will never admit to any wrong doing, they spew lies to support the political reward fest, back room deals that were generated with that spendulus bill. They are evil.

I know for a fact that the Stimulus bill created a “negative” 3 million jobs.
Politicians never admit responsibility and errors. Obama said the buck stops here and then went on to blame the underwear bomber on Bush. Obama…what a joke.
Pelosi? Admit anything? She’s the one who was telling us that we have the most open legislative process EVER, blah, blah, blah, lie, lie, lie.
The solution? Throw more money at what didn’t work the first time.
No. It wasn’t supposed to do anything in 2009 anyway. That was just hype intended to garner public support. Wait for it. You’ll see tons of cash dumped out there from the stimulus in 2010, as it was designed to do. They want the economy to look as good as they can for the mid terms. It’s all designed to look good around elections. I don’t know what’s worse… that they plan things like this so obviously or that ignorant people actually buy it and vote for them.
They want admit it, and there is no jobs, they used that money to pay off and pay back their campaign supports. Pork was also in that stimulus for their pet projects. . It is a big rip off by these people, they are thieves.
They will just blame Bush.
They say that the stimulus created or saved several hundred thousand jobs at $400,000 per job.
Just think how many jobs could have been created or saved if that had gone to many of the small businesses around the country. Instead of all the businesses going bankrupt and out of business, we could probably have created or saved 2 or 3 million jobs.
Those three have to be the worst of any people we have in Washington representing us.

It seems that more jobs have been created by Mother Nature, than by Obama, this year.
I drive a semi throughout the USA, and when I seen the signs Obama erected on all the projects I have been driving through for years, I was made sick.
Bush and Clinton both allocated billions of dollars in spending into the budget, of which there is still money being used from that allocation until 2012.
Obama administration taking credit for something they obviously did not do, appals me. It told me immediately after the election what kind of people these are.
Now, they want to put more money, that is fine, we need it. I drive hundreds of miles a week on roads and bridges, hoping that this will not be the bridge that falls out from under me. You can spend whatever you want on roads, and never get every bridge, every tunnel safe enough to guarantee safety, but it helps if we try.
That being said, I do not think it creates that many jobs, because the contractor bidding must be a union company, and must use American products only. This eliminates 90% of the small companies, and supports Obama’s union buddies only.

The Jobs will appear in Sept . just before the election. You won’t be able to go any where without tripping over a shovel ready sign and project…………The Shame is that this election Ploy has cost taxpayersmillions more by losing there homes when they could be working now if the Jobs were created as a real people stimulus instead of a Democrat Campaign Stimulus!
It’s not over yet, is it ? So isn’t it too early to say nothing happened with it ? Besides, according to your source (where it quoted Ray La Hood), “The transportation construction industry” is being maintained exclusively by stimulus spending. That’s not nothing.

seems that the stimulus and bail outs “saved” mostly financial jobs and government jobs……..we didn’t bail out the banks..we biled out the paychecks of the ceo’s and top officials….
