how do i calculate windows for new builds and replacements?

im starting a new job at a lumber retail store and have forgotten some of the basic calculations for the construction industry. If anybody can give me a list of estimate calculations for like wall studs, insulation, windows, concrete, basicly anything except roofing i do remember that it would be greatly appreciated……Thanks
