1) Property tax exceptions.
2) Construction exemptions for new and expanding businesses.
3) Creation of enterprise zones.
4) Eligibility for exemptions based on number of jobs created. (10 industrial jobs, 25 commercial jobs, 50 jobs from companies new to the state, enterprise zones)
5) Targeting manufacturing and high tech industry.

Seems that most of the stimulus will be earmarked for minorities or people on the dole.
Bridges will I’m be much “safer” as a result.
The only “stimulus” included seems to be funding for free contraceptives.
Seems and Obama and Co. are a bit confused who they are providing stimulus and what kind of stimulus they are supposed [...]
Why has Obama laid out no plan for creating over 2 million jobs in the private sector? Tax funded jobs are not?
