Groundbreaking signals start of construction at Montgomery’s Science City’
The National Cancer Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health, will open a satellite campus on the grounds of Johns Hopkins University’s Montgomery County headquarters in Rockville. Officials broke ground last week.
