Hi friends,

I am an international student graduated with masters in construction engineering. I have been looking for job for 5 months now and totally disappointed. I just want to know
1) Are people getting job in civil engineering( entry level)?
2) What are the ways international students can get job?( I apply for every civil engineering job in the internet)
3) Is it better to go back to own country?( It will take decades to pay back my education loan)

Thanks

At this time the job market is way down In two years it will be back up again but right now, construction has come to a virtual standstill in the US. And companies getting stimulus money cannot sponsor international students, except Canadians in some circumstances.

Either go back to your country or try to get into graduate school and get a GA. A GA is where you teach undergrad classes in return for free tuition and a living allowance. But you need top grades for that.
