Now if you contact the construction company that is building the homes they will perhaps give you the information about how you should go about it or you can also contact the home builders that give out the jobs to the contracters You will get close to your informations. good luck.

HI, Con-Grats: Spend some time with the telephone book, call builders and get their mailing addresses. Make a flyer explaining what you do and state your price by the time it takes to get it done. (include your business card) You have to list a price that is acceptable to you.

If you lower your price to get the job, you will waste your time. Remember you are doing two jobs. you have to be paid to find work and paid to do work. Make sure that you have business cards, Many construction people meet early in the morning at local breakfast shops on the way to work, give these people your card.
When ever you see a bulletin board put your card on it. At any car dealer, library, real estate office. Include real estate offices on your mailing list.

Create a flyer for people that are selling their house, with a cut-out coupon to have their house cleaned as a option available to close the deal on the sale. You see a for sale sign, leave a flyer. Leave flyers at real estate office. The construction/builders is the good work, the other ideas is the bread & butter. Do the small jobes and build your presence in the community.

In new home construction, I don’t think anyone makes much money.
