Hilltop Terrace to receive major renovation
The Hilltop Terrace Apartments off Weaver Drive in Lexington will undergo a $4.9 million renovation next year thanks to federal tax credits recently awarded by the Tax Reform Allocation Committee and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.
